Partner program terms

These terms apply to accountants, consultants, agencies and others accepted into the wurkkin partner program ("partners"). They sit alongside our Terms of Service, which apply whenever you use wurkkin. wurkkin runs the program.

Apply through the partner page. We review each application and may accept or decline it at our discretion. Being accepted does not make you our employee, agent or legal partner; you act independently and may not make promises on our behalf.

The rewards for your partner tier (for example, referral fees, discounts for your clients or account support) are set out in your written acceptance. If anything here differs from your acceptance, the acceptance wins for those details.

Rewards are earned only for customers who sign up through your link or are confirmed by us as yours, pay for their plan, and are not refunded. We pay what is due monthly in arrears once it reaches any minimum stated in your acceptance.

• Describe wurkkin accurately. Only Cathy is available today; other colleagues are joining later. Don't promise results, features or dates we haven't.
• Don't bid on our brand name in paid search, use spam, or mislead anyone about who you are.
• Use our name and logo only as we provide them, and stop when asked.
• If you set wurkkin up for a client, the client owns their account and data. Use only the access they give you, and only for their benefit.

When you work in a client's account, you must follow the client's instructions and our Privacy Policy, keep what you see confidential, and remove your access when the engagement ends. Clients can remove your access at any time.

Either side can end the partnership with 30 days' written notice, or straight away if the other seriously breaks these terms. Rewards earned before the end are still paid unless they came from a breach.

We may update these terms. We will give partners at least 30 days' notice of any change that affects rewards.

Our liability to a partner under the program is limited to the rewards paid or due to that partner in the previous 12 months, except where the law does not allow a limit.
