Terms of Service
Last updated 31 October 2026
The short version: the agents do the routine work and prepare everything else. Anything involving money waits for your OK. Your data stays yours, you can cancel any time, and forecasts are good estimates, not promises.
1. The agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and wurkkin ("wurkkin", "we", "us"). They apply when you visit our website, create an account, sign in, or hire an agent.
If you accept them for a business, you confirm you are allowed to bind that business, and "you" means the business. wurkkin is for business use: you must be at least 18 and not acting as a consumer.
2. What wurkkin is
wurkkin provides AI colleagues ("agents") that each look after one part of a business. An agent reads the tools you connect, does routine work on its own, and prepares anything that needs a decision for you to approve.
Cathy, the inventory manager, is available today. Other agents shown on our website are joining later. Joining a waitlist does not reserve a price or a start date.
We update the agents regularly, including the models they run on. We may change, add or remove features. If we remove something you rely on, we will tell you first.
3. Your account
- Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
- Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what your teammates do.
- Tell us straight away at info@wurkkin.com if you think someone else has used your account.
- Account owners decide who joins the account and what each person can do. Removing someone takes effect on their next action.
4. What the agents do, and what waits for you
Agents act first on routine work: checking stock, updating forecasts, writing order sheets, reminding you about invoices, sending you a briefing.
Anything involving money waits for a person to approve it. Agents do not place orders with your suppliers, make payments, or change your prices. Some actions change your records only when you press a button (for example, updating an item's cost in Shopify); the agent prepares them and you confirm.
You can write guardrails (for example, a monthly spending limit or items never to reorder). Rules of the supported kinds are enforced by our code, not just followed by the model. Other instructions are followed as guidance.
You are responsible for the decisions you approve and for the orders you place. Check what an agent prepares before you act on it, as you would with any colleague.
5. Forecasts and AI output
Forecasts, recommendations and drafts are estimates based on your data and the information available. Sales depend on things no one can foresee, so we do not guarantee that a forecast will be right, that you will never run out or overstock, or any particular financial result.
Agents can make mistakes. Figures they show come from your data and are checked by our code, but your data can be incomplete (for example, a missing supplier lead time) and the agents say when they had to assume something. Review important decisions yourself.
Nothing an agent produces is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice.
6. Tools you connect
When you connect Shopify or another tool, you authorise us to access it on your behalf with the permissions you grant, and you confirm you are allowed to do so. Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms.
We are not responsible for other services, their availability, or changes they make that affect what an agent can do. You can disconnect a tool at any time.
7. Suppliers and shared orders
You can share order sheets with suppliers by secret link or by inviting them to a supplier account. Anyone holding a link can open that order until you revoke it or it expires. You are responsible for whom you share with and for what you put in a shared order.
Suppliers who use wurkkin through a link or a supplier account agree to these terms for that use. They can see only the orders shared with them.
8. Trials, prices and billing
- Cathy starts with a 7 day free trial with every duty. No credit card is needed to start it, and no charge is made during the trial.
- After the trial you pay for the duties you keep, monthly or yearly, at the price shown before you confirm. Price is based on hours of work a week, which depend on the duties you choose and the number of active SKUs in your store (product variants with their own SKU that sold in the last 90 days or have stock now). Yearly billing costs ten months' worth for twelve months.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices exclude taxes unless shown otherwise; you are responsible for applicable taxes.
- Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can change duties or cancel at any time in Settings; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
- Money back guarantee: if you are not happy, email info@wurkkin.com within 7 days of your first payment for an agent and we will refund that payment in full. This applies once per business, to the first payment only.
- Apart from that guarantee, fees already paid are not refundable, except where the law requires or we say otherwise in writing.
- If your store grows into a larger size band, we will tell you before your price changes. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any other price increase, and you may cancel before it applies.
- If a payment fails, we will let you know and may pause paid duties until it is resolved.
9. Your data
You own your business data and everything the agents prepare for you from it. You give us permission to host, copy, process and display it only as needed to provide, secure and support wurkkin for you.
We do not use your business data to train or improve models for other companies without your explicit permission. We may use anonymous usage measurements (for example, how often a feature is used) to run and improve the service.
How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy. Where we process personal information for you, we do so as your processor, on your instructions; a data processing agreement is available on request.
You can ask for a copy of your data at any time while your account is open, by emailing info@wurkkin.com.
10. Acceptable use
Do not use wurkkin to:
- break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or harm others;
- upload malware, or try to break, overload, probe or get around our security, rate limits or guardrails;
- access another company's data, or share accounts in a way designed to avoid paying;
- copy, resell or reverse engineer the service, or use it to build a competing product;
- upload card numbers or other payment card data into notes, invoices or chats.
We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these terms are being broken or the service is at risk. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.
11. Our property and feedback
wurkkin, the agents, our software, designs and brand belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you the right to use the service while your account is active; they do not transfer ownership.
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.
12. Availability and support
We work to keep wurkkin available and to fix problems quickly, but the service may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance or because of a provider we depend on. Support is by email at info@wurkkin.com.
13. Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time. We may end these terms with 30 days' notice, or immediately if you seriously or repeatedly break them, or if the law requires.
When the account closes, access ends and we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Ask us for a copy before you close it. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as payment owed, limits of liability and governing law) continue to apply.
14. Disclaimers
Apart from the promises in these terms, wurkkin is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and that the service will be uninterrupted or error free.
15. Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, sales, stock, goodwill or data, even if it was foreseeable.
Our total liability for all claims in any 12 month period is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
16. Claims about your content
If someone brings a claim against us because of data or content you put into wurkkin, or because of how you used the service in breach of these terms, you will cover the reasonable costs of that claim, provided we tell you promptly and let you control the defence.
17. General
- These terms are governed by the laws of the country where wurkkin is registered, and its courts have jurisdiction.
- We may update these terms. If a change matters to how you use wurkkin, we will tell account owners at least 30 days before it applies. Continuing to use wurkkin after that means you accept the new terms.
- Neither party is responsible for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
- You may not transfer this agreement without our consent. We may transfer it to a successor of our business.
- If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a right straight away does not waive it.
- These terms, the Privacy Policy and anything you agree to when you hire an agent are the whole agreement between us about wurkkin.
